Results total 120 (equal gender ratio) mean age 32.6 ± 6.39 participated study. views most frequently performed view (86.7%), followed by occlusal (8.3%). prevalent lesion widening periodontal ligament (PDL) space (34.2%), granuloma (17.5%) cyst (10.8%). encountered diagnosis (51.7%), irreversible apical periodontitis (25.8%). Education level, swelling, pus discharge, medicine history, tooth wear showed statistically significant associations (P ≤ 0.05) variables under investigation. Conclusions common observed PDL space, granuloma, cyst. findings contribute local epidemiological clinical data, enriching existing database. Understanding prevalence characteristics can aid accurate treatment planning pulpal pathologies.
